How do I place an order?

Simply visit our website www.amberlane.in, browse the collection, select your desired perfume and size, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the order is placed.
What payment methods are accepted?

We accept secure online payments through UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets via Razorpay.

Note: We do offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
What is the shipping timeline?

Orders are processed within 48 hours. Delivery takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email once dispatched.
Do you offer returns or refunds?

Due to hygiene & product nature, we do not accept returns or refunds.

Only manufacturing defects or damage during transit will be eligible for replacement.

Please do not accept delivery if the box is damaged. Share an unboxing video within 7 days for investigation & resolution.
Are your products certified and legal in India?
