Shipping policy

At Amberlane, every fragrance is crafted with precision and delivered with care. We ship using only trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and beautifully.

Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your order summary. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours. However, processing and delivery timelines may vary depending on location, availability, courier capacity, or unforeseen delays.

Estimated Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is not available. Amberlane accepts prepaid orders only via secure payment options listed on the website.

Transit Damages

If your parcel is visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the delivery
  • Capture a complete unboxing video
  • Email the video and details to support@amberlane.in Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns or refunds.

Replacement is only offered in case of:

  • Verified manufacturing defects
  • If reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused and sealed
  • Supported with a clear unboxing video

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Damaged packaging without evidence
  • Requests made after 7 days

Failed Deliveries / RTO

Orders returned due to incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery are not eligible for refunds.
