Refund policy
At Amberlane, every bottle is crafted with detail and delivered with care. Due to the intimate nature of perfumery and hygiene considerations, we do not offer returns or refunds.
Returns are not accepted for
- Opened or used perfumes
- Tampered packaging
- Fragrance preference or personal liking
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
Exceptions – Replacement Policy
- A replacement will be provided only in the case of:
- A verified manufacturing defect (e.g. leaky bottle, faulty atomizer)
- Or damage during transit (must be refused at the time of delivery)
To be eligible for a replacement:
- You must notify us at support@amberlane.in within 7 days of delivery
- You must share a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video
- Product must be unused, sealed, and in original condition
If approved after inspection, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are not applicable under any condition — we only offer replacements when applicable.
Note
Orders refused upon delivery or returned due to incorrect address or unavailability will not be eligible for refund.
